Effective 8 September 2026 · Last updated 8 September 2026
This notice describes how Tiepoint, Inc., a Delaware corporation, handles personal information in connection with the website at tiepoint.io. Tiepoint, Inc. is the controller of that information.
It covers this website only. Tiepoint's platform is in development and is not generally available; if and when it is offered, it will be governed by a separate agreement and a separate privacy notice.
This site has no database and no server-side form handling. The enquiry form on the home page opens your own email client with the fields filled in. Nothing you type is transmitted to or stored by this website unless you choose to send that email.
Information you send us. If you write to us — through the enquiry form or directly — we receive whatever you include: typically your name, company, role, email address and the content of your message. We receive and store this in our business email system.
Technical information from your visit. Our hosting and network provider processes standard request data in order to serve the page and protect the site from abuse. This includes your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, and your browser and device type. We use this only for delivery, security and aggregate traffic volume.
Fonts. This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those files directly from Google, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request. We receive nothing from it.
We do not run advertising or analytics on this site, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no tracking pixels, session storage or local storage. That is why you are not being asked to accept anything. Our network provider may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies for security and abuse prevention.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models.
We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, or disclose it to third parties for their own marketing. A small number of service providers process information on our behalf under contract:
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or where necessary to establish or defend legal claims. Should Tiepoint, Inc. be involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction; we would note it here.
Tiepoint, Inc. is based in the United States and information is processed there. If you contact us from outside the United States, you are sending your information to a country whose data-protection laws may differ from your own. Where a transfer of personal information from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom is involved, we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with it and to maintain a record of business contacts, and no longer than 24 months after our last exchange unless a relationship continues or the law requires us to keep it longer. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and certain other US states have comparable rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We have no personal information to sell and do not sell any.
To exercise any of these, write to admin@tiepoint.io. We will respond within the period the applicable law requires. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
This site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry correspondence is held in access-controlled business email with multi-factor authentication. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. To report a security issue, write to security@tiepoint.io.
This site is directed at businesses and is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
We will update this notice when what we do changes, and will move the "last updated" date above when we do. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page.
